(1) SAMLESWARI TEMPLE
Samlei temple
Samlei temple also known as Samalai Gudi. Located on the banks of the Mahanadi River,
the temple was built by the Chauhans in the 16th century, and it attracts large
number of devotees. A grand fair is held here in the month of Ashwin and Chaitra.
Samaleswari Temple is a Hindu temple in Sambalpur, Western Orissa, India
dedicated to the goddess known as 'Maa', also known among the natives
as samalei maa, meaning Mother Samaleswari.

(2) HUMA LEANING TEMPLE
Dhama temple
The one and only leaning temple of lord shiva in india. Though it got
architectural importance. It is located near river mahanadi and near to
sambalpur.
It was established in the year 1670. It is believed that the temple was
built by the King Baliar Singh, the fifth king of the Chauhan dynasty of
Sambalpur.
kundo fish
The fish, which is dissimilar in colour and appearance to general
fish, carries a religious importance with it. Lord Shiva, the presiding
deity of Huma temple, is worshipped as Bimaleshwar Baba and the Kundo
fish found in the river are a tourist’s delight. Legend has it that the
fishes are an incarnation of God and one should never kill it.
These fish even carry special names and are revered as much as the
deity. A special ritual is performed on the day of Kartik Purnima when
the priests Sibananda Pujari, Sadananda Pujari and Rabindra Behera go to
the river bank to conduct ‘ghat puja’ and invoke the fish in the name
of Sunanaki, Gunanaki, Jamtalien and Aamatlien and feed them.
People coming to the temple spend some time on the river bank to see
the fish. After the puja, devotees are allowed to feed the fish with
‘laddus’ and fish feed. Every year, tourists from across and outside the
State flock to Dhama to have a glimpse of the rare fish.

(3) ISKCON TEMPLE
The Hare-Rama Hare-Krishna sect followers built a series of Iskcon
temples all over India and even in many other countries. A great sense
of calm, peace and stillness envelope you once you enter the premises.
Many spiritual activities are carried out in the temple premises
throughout the year.
